John asked Larry to sell him Larry's favorite boat. Larry said "no," but asked "why not build your own? I'll be your consultant. So John built a boat house -- with a living room and shop. It's about five miles from the lake, so a 50,000 pound trailer will be needed to launch and retrieve the boat annually.

The boat is well under way. John's son is a welder, so the cabin and canopy is being framed in aluminum.
