Answers to questions asked by Craig's List "lookers."
  • Yes, the Four Winns is still for sale, as of 4 July, 8:30 pm.
  • Yes, the trailer pictured is included. (with three good mounted tires.)
  • The "capacity label" is no longer on the boat, but I believe the boat was/is rated at 7 people.
  • There is NO soft wood or rot. 3/4 inch wood floor hatch cover is new, as is rear bench and hatch. Please see photos.
  • Bow cushions and stern bench seat cushions are all new, all rebuilt by me.
  • The boat is garaged in Byrnes Mill, Missouri. (About 9 miles west of I-270 and Mo. 30.)
  • An "after market" (not original) service manual is included. (I have not found it very helpful, but can tell you about people who really know their stuff.)
  • Three props are included. Two "stock" and one "ski" pitch, although I've skied behind all three props. Positive battery cable is servicable, but as soon as I find one of the correct length, it will be replaced (or remade.)
  • Boat has been serviced and is ready for use right now.
  • Gas filter/water seperator was replaced this Spring and an extra new one goes with boat. Never had a problem with these units.
  • My pnone number is 314-XXX-XXXX
  • Email me at:

  • I will be with boat Tuesday afternoon, July 5.
  • Boat was listed on Craig's List in St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield, IL. I've heard from lookers in all 3 markets.
  • I'll probably have boat on the Mississippi River or Lake Carlyle later this week.
  • I'm selling at this low price because I intend to buy another, older boat that needs lots of TLC and I don't have room to store two boats inside.
  • Thanks,
