Sherwood Raw Water Pump
1972 Correct Craft Skier

MacSkier

As stated elsewhere, the boat's raw water pump is by Sherwood.
The model number is P 10700 G.
The Sherwood Impeller Kit for the pump is #09959K -- kit includes impeller, "O" ring and gaskets for a number of Sherwood pumps, not only this model. I have two of these kits. One for this pump, one for the 1977 boat.

Notice these two photos of the pump above, esp. the number P10700G. Now compare the pump photos with the Sherwood drawing below, esp. the "heights" of the 3/4" inlet and outlet. Do you think this is a drawing of a P10700G?

Now, see Sherwood's website display when searched for P10700G (showing pump being for Crusader, not Pleasurecraft):

All very confusing to me, trying to obtain parts to "rebuild" the pump. The impeller kit was easy to acquire (via Amazon.com.) The bearing was difficult to find, but a helpful NAPA employee did an extensive (and difficult) search to find their bearing number 202-NPP5.

Thanks to Tim Dowless posting photos on CCF, I'll be ordering Sherwood's seal/seat assembly 10545, probably from Depco Pump in Florida.
Here are the 3 photos Tim posted at CCF:

The # on the bearing removed from the pump was SKF 466041. The markings on the bearing purchased today (2/17/15) were: 17307H ITALY SKF 6202/15.875-2LS/C3LT10. And, the number on the NAPA package is 202-NPP5. (No wonder the NAPA guy had trouble finding it.)
