Let's review:
The original Correct Craft mounts weren't much to start with (using beer can shims and wood blocks to adjust mounts for alignment purposes). During visits with Larkin and Steve Horton at Streblow, I was shown a number of options. I photographed mounts in four of Larry's boats and Steve loaned me a few mounts to try for fit application. (All returned before the ACBS show.)

Then Larkin told me about four NOS mounts on ebay, which I promptly purchased (pictured above and below):

These "ebay" mounts would get me closer to the arrangement I consider ideal for MacSkier. Something like this:

So I found some 3 x 3 x 1/4 angle aluminum and mocked up how the "ebay mounts" would replace the original wood blocks. (I had jumped ahead of myself and made four new but unneeded oak blocks, but never mind.) The two forward (engine) mounts will fit fine, but the aft (tranny -- white ones pictured above and below) mounts had to be lengthened 1-3/8" -- a job for Haslag Steel. Haslag also provided the four 12" pieces of 3 x 3 angle.
