12/23/17 -- Here we have drawings showing the lake house project as of today. The house location has been settled, back about 20 ft. from the position first thought of. This because of grade, lower level bedroom windows, etc. We've pretty much decided on standing seam metal roofs on the house. Because of current energy codes we'll need R-49 over the main living area, hence the truss shape shown in the section view. We are working on another stair arrangement, so the first floor plan will change in future.
