Large "Studio" on walk-out lower level
The studio space is 17' x 26' with high ceilings and great views of a mature woods.
The large room has many windows, custom cabinets, and its own full bath with shower. The floor has radiant heat for barefoot winter comfort, and is the coolest of places in summer.
The rest of the lower level is unfinished, but all above-grade walls (north and west) are fully insulated, dry-walled and painted. The deep-pour foundation, combined with a window in the north wall, would provide great space for additional bedrooms, if desired.
