July 21 I was at the house Saturday (7/22) afternoon and noticed the gravel in the basement has been graded. Garage gravel is in the driveway, and Bobcat in garage ready to grade garage floor. The "Studio stack" had been moved tight up against the wall. (See photo "00.jpg" below.) Garage and front porch could be poured this coming week -- deck footings, too. Much of the plumbing has been roughed in for the kitchen, laundry, guest bath and master bath.
